Keeping our equipment in excellent condition is a major priority in order to avoid costly delays and to ensure quality service. In addition, we have access to unlimited support from other processing centers that have been qualified by us for having met our high standards of quality.
We have implemented a preventive maintenance program for our equipment, which operates based on the usage and operation of the machines.
In order to provide our customers with top quality service and technical support, our personnel attends numerous in-house as well as external training programs during the year. This ensures that our personnel are abreast of the latest trends and techniques in our industry. When required, seminars are directed to address specific customer needs.
We currently participate in Just-In time/Kan Ban and Total Quality Programs with some of our major customers in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Florida.
